To locate a complete listing of ASCs in the state, visit the Georgia Department of Community Health’s “GaMAP2Care" search tool. Select “Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center” under Health Care Facilities and search all, city, county or zip code.

Who oversees the licensure of ambulatory surgical centers in Georgia?

Where can I find a list of procedures that are covered by the Medicare Program?

The US Department of Health, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services issues the list of procedure codes which may be performed in an ASC under the Medicare program as well as the ASC payment group assigned to each of the procedure codes.
